I'm Dino Balen, designer + manager

Hailing from UTC/GMT+1, Zagreb, Croatia, I'm economist turned engineer turned product designer with 10 years of experience. Generalist and pragmatic. Love putting on many different hats, getting my hands dirty, and being scrappy when necessary. I believe in "what gets measured, gets managed”.

• Currently working as a design ops lead at Infobip and moonlighting as a design consultant at Mastercard Labs as a Service
• My current focus are design operations , design systems, and product growth
